Board and Committees
The Board of Directors is responsible for the management and operation of the Association. The three members of the Board of Directors are: Bob Berg, Julie Doherty and Peter Sandberg. The Board may be contacted via email at: stonehedgeboard@googlegroups.com
The success of our community relies upon the work of committees appointed by the Board.
Our community is operated and administered by the Association, which is entirely run by volunteers. We have not hired a property manager and do not maintain a regular office.
Our Board of Directors delegates significant responsibility and authority to the Committees. Much of the work of our Association is accomplished by the Committees.
The Management Group of the Association consists of the Board of Directors and the Committee Chairs.
There are currently five Committees:
MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONS - Ensures day-to-day services, repairs, and replacements
ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL - Ensures maintenance of community standards
FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION - Manages financial resources, preserves long-term value of the community
COMMUNITY AND COMMUNICATIONS - Ensures members are informed, creates engagement opportunities
GOVERNANCE AND NOMINATING -Nominates Board members, monitors governance and Rules & Regulations
