Governing Documents
Property Maintenance & Replacement Responsibilities - Common Elements including streets, parking pads, turf and landscaping and most property outside the dwelling units is the responsibility of the Association. The Association has also assumed responsibility for roofs, siding, and building stone exteriors at the end of their useful life.
Addresses & Boundaries - Map showing street addresses and aerial photo showing property boundaries of the community.
Bylaws - The bylaws set forth the rules under which the Board of Directors manages the Association. The bylaws can be amended or changed by a majority vote of the members of the Association. They were adopted in 2006 and have not been amended.
Declaration - The Declaration is the master governing document for "Stonehedge Townhomes Fourth", establishing a “Common Interest Community” or “CIC” under Minnesota State law. The Declaration was written in 2005. There was a supplemental declaration in 2014 and an amendment in 2017.
Olmsted County Plat Maps - The official Olmsted County plat maps are referred to in the Declaration.
Articles of Incorporation - The Articles of Incorporation charter the “Stonehedge Townhomes Fourth Homeowner’s Association” as a Minnesota Nonprofit Corporation to serve as the homeowner’s association. The Articles were enacted in 2005.
